Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we will consider replacement or refunds in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during transit.
  2. Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item.

To request a replacement or refund, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hoursof receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Note: Refunds or replacements are subject to review and approval by our team.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only if:

  1. The request is made before the order is processed or dispatched.
  2. For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be requested within 1 hourof placing the order.

To cancel an order:

  • Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process for Cancellations:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or part of promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Opened or consumed products will not be replaced or refunded unless proven defective.
